This experiment was performed to study the proportions of the throat colors (p_organge, p-yellow, and p_grey) of 98 Tawny dragon lizards (Rankin et al. 2016). This dataset includes the pedigree information with the columns indiv, dam, and sire that correspond to the individual, the female, and the male parent, respectively. Additionally, it includes the hatching date (hatch_date), the cohort number (cohort), the gender of the individual (sex), and the morphology type (morph).
